Parish Administrative Committees


PASTORAL COUNCIL
A group of parishioners meets regularly with the pastor to pray and to study on-going areas of need of the parish and how to better help the parish respond to its mission. Prospective members may be nominated or self-nominated. Then, at an orientation/information meeting, a discernment process helps select new members.

PROPERTY/GROUNDS COMMITTEE
This group has the task of the on-going oversight of the physical plant of all the buildings on the parish campus.

FINANCE COMMITTEE
Working with the Business Manager, this group helps advise the pastor on financial decisions. There is an on-going review of all parish finances. In addition, the group makes recommendations on necessary purchases and expenditures.

MANSFIELD CATHOLIC CEMETERIES COMMITTEE
This committee helps advise on decisions for the care of the new Prince of Peace Cemetery and Mansfield Catholic Cemetery.

SAFETY & SECURITY COMMITTEE
The safety and security committee’s goal is to help oversee the safety and security procedures for our parish and school. The group meets at 7:15 a.m. the last Wednesday of the month.
