BUSINESS NETWORKING GROUP
The goal of the Business Networking Group is to better connect St. Peter’s parishioners, parents, and alumni in a business environment and share in our common Catholic faith. The group meets on the third Friday of the month at 7:30 a.m. in the Franciscan Activity Center.
EASTER BAKE SALE
Volunteers needed for baking, preparation of food, selling of goods, and clean-up. Work begins a few weeks before the sale which is held annually during the Monday-Thursday of Holy Week.
FOOD PREPARATION COORDINATOR
Oversee organizing people and serving food for small receptions at different parish activities (Eucharistic Days, Parish Mission, celebrations, awards, etc.).
The Spring Garage Sale brings together hundreds (thousands) of treasures from people’s homes — furniture to fitness machines, collectibles to appliances, from the unusual to the rare — for a three-day sale. Workers receive items, sort, and price them as well as help run the sale. Many workers needed; always lots of fun.
Volunteer to weed and plant flowers around the parish buildings from spring to fall.
If local history is of interest to you, this is the place to volunteer to help collect and preserve parish history.
Parishioner would represent parish at the Mansfield Inter-Church meeting and work on committee. Meetings once a month, September through June.
Volunteers will stuff envelopes and put labels on them. Great group of people who have fun while working.
Annually we have a parish picnic after Mass. We need volunteers to help with the setup and preparation of the picnic area and food.
Pancake and sausage supper on Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. This is done by Knights of Columbus 687.
Person with typing and computer skills who could type for parish or school needs. Filing, copying, etc.
