Development Specialist

St. Peter’s Parish & School is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Development Specialist to work in the Development Office.  The Development Office goal is to promote philanthropic giving and financial support of St. Peter’s Parish & School to ensure financial stability.

Position Summary:  Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Specialist is responsible for effectively and accurately collecting donor data within the database system; administering a timely and effective gift acknowledgement system; and assisting the Director with promoting St. Peter’s across a variety of mediums including print, website, email, and social media.

Specifically, the Development Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and update the organization’s donor database to reflect constituent gifts and donor personal data;
  • Provide accurate and timely reports of fundraising performance and data analysis;
  • Coordinate the gift fulfillment process including donor acknowledgment through mailings;
  • Coordinate solicitation mailings for fundraising events and annual giving campaigns;
  • Provide staff support to volunteer committees and special events;
  • Be able to establish and maintain relationships with all donors and constituents, volunteers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit development support, be very organized and able to manage several ongoing projects simultaneously, has excellent computer and data management skills, and can communicate effectively in person and digital environments.  The candidate will also be required to maintain confidentially in dealing with donor data.

Candidates who have experience with The Raiser’s Edge is a significant plus.

Boys Tennis Coach

St. Peter’s High School has an open position for a Boys Varsity Tennis Coach who can develop and implement a comprehensive boys’ tennis program for grades 9-12. The head coach and staff are expected to be committed to St. Peter’s Catholic mission and core values. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid Pupil Activity Permit from the Ohio Department of Education and meet all OHSAA coaching requirements.

Candidates must also complete the Toledo Diocese VIRTUS Training. Coaching experience at the collegiate level and/or Head Varsity coaching experience preferred. Interested applicants should send cover letter, resume, coaching philosophy and three references to:

Girls Tennis Coach

St. Peter’s High School has an open position for a Boys Varsity Soccer Coach who can develop and implement a comprehensive soccer program for grades 9-12. The head coach and staff are expected to be committed to St. Peter’s Catholic mission and core values, as well as continue the Spartan tradition of soccer excellence. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid Pupil Activity Permit from the Ohio Department of Education and meet all OHSAA coaching requirements.

Candidates must also complete the Toledo Diocese VIRTUS Training. Coaching experience at the collegiate level and/or Head Varsity coaching experience preferred. Interested applicants should send cover letter, resume, coaching philosophy and at least three references to:
